CAMPING
- Please phone Danny on 0418 797 532 upon your arrival to the check in point.
- There is to be no camping within 50 metres of the waters edge or around Bushy’s Bar.
- Quiet generators only allowed to be operated between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Generators are not to be operated continuously, maximum run time is 2 hours, then a minimum 2 hours off.
- Small campfires are only permitted in fire drums (which we provide) and must be extinguished with water when not in use, do not let fires smoulder and cause a smoke problem for other campers. We also have our own firewood for sale at the bar!
- Music and loud noise must be off by 10:00 pm. Please respect other campers.
PETS
- Dogs are allowed but must be contained within your site and are to be on a leash at all times.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in the camp grounds at any time, including in caravans, tents or trailers.
- No dogs allowed on the esplanade without a leash.
- Please clean up any doggy do-do’s.
- Strictly no aggressive dogs allowed.
VEHICLES & BOAT RAMP
- There are always little children and animals around… please keep your speed limit to 10 km/h around the camp grounds at all times!
- Guest vehicles must access the boat ramp via the designated beach entry, and park your vehicle back at your camp site.
- Vehicles are not permitted on the waters edge at any time or around Bushy’s Bar.
TOILETS, SHOWERS & WATER
- Water costs a lot of money and it is something we regularly have to top up. Please be mindful of water consumption.
- To help with this cost, an honesty box is placed outside the shower. Please pay $2 per shower or you can pay at the bar with eftpos.
- You may bring your own shower tent or suitable enclosure, but please bring your own water for this.
- Due to health regulations, drinking water can be sourced from the rainwater tank near the bar area. Only drinking water containers are to be filled from the rain water tank. No filling of RV tanks without prior arrangement!
- Please direct all grey water to gardens or trees where possible and move the outlet regularly to avoid ponding.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Cancellation and refunds are available up to 21 days before your booking commences, however, 10% of your booking fee will be charged for an admin fee.
- All other cancellations, including inclement weather conditions, after this time will NOT be refunded.
- A camp credit will be applied upon request which is valid for 12 months from original your arrival date.
- Extra charges may apply for special events and festivals.
- As of 06.05.2025, all music festival bookings will NOT be refunded after booking. However, camp credits will still apply.
