Low and Slow BBQ Master Class Weekend

Ever wanted to add to your skill set of Low and Slow BBQ, well here’s your opportunity, Local Pit Master Chris has a wealth of knowledge and is a fierce competitor in many competitions around Australia. His smoker Rosie is a one of kind Hot Rod Styled show piece. Because a lot of us use pellet smokers Chris will so have his pellet smoker as well and giving plenty of tips on how to get the most out of our smokers.

Chris will be demonstration 4 different meats and his award-winning Smoked Cheesecake.

The Master class will include such things as

  • Meat selection and preparation
  • Trimming meats
  • Rubs, binders, sauces, and spices
  • Wrapping
  • Temperature control
  • Different fuels
  • Sides Dishes
  • Smoking woods
  • Much More

It will be a great weekend with 2 demonstration sessions Morning and afternoon.

Then we sit back and relax with our very own Queen of country the Red Head herself Keeley Ellen up on stage. Chris and Rosie will be preparing a great evening meal for us all to be purchased onsite.

The fully licensed bar will be in operation with a free beer/ soft drink for Lunch.

Usually, these Master classes Typically cost $150- $200 / person.
